we moved today.
The Garrett family drove down with their trailer to help us move. We started off the evening gathered around our small kitchen table enjoying the deliciousness of In-and-Out. It was very fitting, seeing as we were "in-and-out" of the apartments all evening. (Service, good company, and dinner--it was too good to be true.)
We packed, loaded, unloaded, hiked (3 flights of stairs), and organized EVERYTHING we own.
Between Phil, Kenna, Makell, Nick Homer, and the two of us...we successfully moved in one night. Carson and I have such busy, conflicting schedules, it would have taken us days without this help. My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude for all of these people.
THANK YOU!

This sweet family has taken me in like one of their own and I could not be happier to belong to such unbelievably good, inspiring people. I am so very blessed.

By 12:30am, I was so thirsty and I spied a can of frozen OJ in the freezer. We couldn't find the pitcher or a large container...so I did what any logical person would do...drink water?...no, use all of our cups. sooo worth it.
It has been a very productive day shared with some of the people we love most; the glass is more than halfway full!
p.s. we are diggin' this new, humble arrangement.
Stop by soon, will you?
We would love to have you.
