January 26^th is the birthday of 

my hero 

my best friend

my sweet mother. 

Since the day I was born, you have loved me unconditionally. 

You embrace life with passion and enthusiasm. You show me that being a mother is the greatest thing I will ever do in this life because you have made it the greatest thing in your life.

You rock at life.

We have picked up and moved over a dozen times. Through all of our adventures, you(and Dad=best parents)have raised all of us in a loving family, where home is the best place to be. 

And home is wherever we are.

There was not one track meet, one volleyball match, one marathon, one play, one awards ceremony where I did not see you, my greatest fan, cheering me on the front row. I will always be able to pick your voice out in the screaming crowd.

Did I mention you did this 

for all of your children--

when you were getting your masters and working?!!

You have taught me to love education and to pursue my dreams. 

You raised me to love who I am and to be an individual. 

Because you believed in me, I believe in myself.

You teach me, by example, to love others and to LOVE life.

Everything is more fun with you. 

And although life can be really hard(understatement)sometimes, you get up and fight each morning because life is worth it.

 Because of you, I am who I am and where I am today. Your selfless sacrifices have made all of the difference. 

You strengthened me during my darkest hours so I could feel the sunshine of today. Thank you. You are my angel. You are my hero.

Words will never adequately express how much I love you and how grateful I am for you as my mother--I count it among the greatest of my blessings.
